Improve Learning and Teaching Methodologies in India

India now has one of the highest numbers of IT graduates in the world and what is clear that the Classroom now needs to catch up fast with the modem IT environment like Interactive Whiteboards, Visualisers , Voting Systems at the workplace. As we subject young people to technology in the working environment we must now put some of this technology in to education sector creating classrooms of the future. The younger the students are subjected to such an environment the quicker they will adapt to this technology and develop the skills needed for the economy in the future. This is where Genee Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. comes in! The technology includes Interactive Whiteboards (Genee Power Boards), Visualisers (Genee Vision), Voting Systems (Classcomm & Census) and Wireless Slates (Genee Slates). However, this technology is only successful if it incorporates Interactive Learning Software, teaching content.Teaching content is learning content that encompasses several different types of resources used by teachers, including courses, lesson plans and learning objects to teach students. A teaching content develops the interest of students towards the subject that can be missing in the traditional manner of teaching with just book. A teaching content contain learning objectives for all the stages of the education. A teaching content should be well crafted and carefully presented to communicate students the lessons objectives. The important thing to be noted by teachers while designing and developing the teaching content is to understand level of their students. This will create the basic structure of the teaching content to interact with the students. The second step in developing the teaching content is to add ICT (information and communication technology) elements such as audio, video, graphics, animations, computer games etc to implement learning concepts. This is called as ICT based teaching content. The incorporation of the information and communication technology into the teaching content enhances the efficiency of teachers to deliver lessons in an interactive manner creating a synergistic and informative learning environment. The difficult section of the curriculum can be taught in a fun environment and the concepts appear to be full of life by teaching content.Where does this drive, determination and focus come from. Genee Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. feel privileged that can now make this happen in India itself!

Enhance learning and teaching methodologies in India

As we enter the 21st Century, technology will continue to play a vital part in the success of India. India now has one of the highest numbers of IT graduates in the world and what is clear that the Classroom now needs to catch up fast with the modem IT environment of the workplace. As we subject young people to technology in the working environment we must now put some of this technology in to education sector creating classrooms of the future. The younger the students are subjected to such an environment the quicker they will adapt to this technology and develop the skills needed for the economy in the future.

This is where Genee Technologies India comes in! We have been developing 'Classrooms for the Future' for the last 10 years all around the world! We have played and are still playing a key role in developing thousands of classrooms in the UK with this new technology. This technology includes Interactive Whiteboards (Genee Power Boards), Visualisers (Genee Vision), Voting Systems (Classcomm & Census) and Wireless Slates (Genee Slates). I saw ten years ago what impact such technology could make to learning and there is now no doubt that as a company we have made a huge impact in this area. So much so that we are now one of the largest providers of ICT equipment to schools (as GeneeWorld or Interactive Education) in the UK.

What excites me the most is that I can now see this revolution happening in India - the place which my family calls 'home'. Having developed thousands of classrooms in the UK and the US, me and my company Genee Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. feel privileged that we can now make this happen in India itself! What excites me the most is that the Curriculum Content Development and Research & Development for all out products is done in India. No longer will we develop technology and content to be then shipped to the UK and US to benefit students over there, but our children in India will also be the benefactors of this technology. In this way we are very different from our competitors. Most of them have developed their content in the US or UK and are now adapting the same content for Indian market.

We develop our hardware and software in lndia by listening to the needs of our lndian schools and then providing the exact solution that they require. Overall, I personally, as well as my company, are looking forward to playing a key role in moving Indian schools, forward so that our education system 'can meet the demands of the 21st Century and also secure our children's future. The most important thing to me is to ensure that we achieve our potential as a future global power in the world by ensuring our children have access to technology tools in their education to achieve their as well as the country's potential.

Genee Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. Ltd provide best projectors, presentation equipment, interactive response system, audience response system, digital visualiser, teaching aids, interactive whiteboards, Genee slate, Genee classcreen, the Genee-us and cens-us response systems. The company was set up to provide effective, innovative, fun loving and exciting teaching strategies, hardwares, softwares and audio visual (a.v) equipments for classroom and presentation rooms in India.
In India the culture of ICT product used in school is not in practice. But the services are so enormous that after knowing the benefits of these products in education field every school wants to install these products. The problem with traditional learning is that it takes a lot of time and money for its development. Still there is no guarantee how accurate the information will be. Long development time can reduce the timelines of the learning material as information goes out of date quickly.
A visualiser can be used in developing a courseware by a subject matter expert in conjunction with an instructional designer. you can easily project 3 dimensional images (likes stones, Jewellery, microorganism, insects, slides etc) which are not at all possible with any other electronic equipment. Electronic whiteboard along with a visualiser can motivate students and make a presentation more interactive.
